WELCOME FROM OUR PASTOR

Hello again St. Mary of the Mills!

Fr. Anthony has done great work at St. Mary of the Mills and I know you all gave him a super drive-by goodbye! Fr. Christian and I have already hit it off. We both share a special love of the Sacred Scriptures and I am sure we will be, "mutually encouraged by each other's faith" (Rom 1:12).

I am excited to start working with the Deacons, the staff, all the volunteers of the parish, and all the parishioners that keep St. Mary of the Mills moving and growing in the living out of its mission. What a blessing to have a school again as part of the parish! A big part of my work as pastor will be to work with the administrators and teachers to educate the children and form them as disciples of Christ. I am so grateful to have been entrusted with such a wonderful parish and school! One thing that makes this parish unique is that it has an entire Catholic High School directly across the street. Having been their chaplain for three years in the past I look forward to supporting St. Vincent Pallotti again in their mission as well.

It is always a profound moment of pause before arriving at a parish to think that in this great adventure of life we are all on, my life is about to merge with the lives of so many others. I look forward to meeting those whom I have not met before, becoming reacquainted with those that I have, and living out this tremendous vocation of the priesthood that the Lord has given me for you and with you as your pastor.
